If the Hotel is closed due to Covid or any other situation, the full advance amount will be refunded
If the booking is cancelled 35 days prior to the arrival date, the full advance amount will be refunded
If the booking is cancelled within 34 days of the arrival date the full amount will be forfeited as retention charges
If the booking is postponed 34 days prior to the arrival date, full advance will be transferred to the new postponed date on Non-Refundable basis and also the new rates of that particular booking season may apply
All bookings between 20th December and 5th January are accepted only on a non-refundable, non-amendable basis, any cancelation for the said booking will be charged full retention
For international payments, the refund turnaround time is 20 to 25 working days. This timeframe includes the processing and verification of the refund request and the actual transfer of funds back to the original payment method.
